About
I am a self-motivated Software Engineer with a passion for data, performance, and web technologies. I’m currently
focused on Go, Python, Typescript, and React. In the future, I’d love to build my own business; most of my spare time
is dedicated to the pursuit of entrepreneurship. When not at the keys, I greatly enjoy mentoring and coaching
individuals as a certified high performance driving instructor at racetracks around the US.

Work
I’m currently living the startup life at Qntfy! I’ve had many responsibilities during my tenure,
but none more important than owning, managing, and leading development of the company’s largest public facing product,
OurDataHelps, a data-donation platform for mental health research. I currently lead two of
our customer engagements and one of the Qntfy teams building our new tech. If you have a passion for cutting edge
science and engineering and helping a drastically underserved communitity, please join us!
Prior to Qntfy, I built a great career at the US Department of Defense and a small defense contractor, Oasis Advanced
Engineering. These experiences enabled me to cultivate strong embedded system development, cloud computing, product
development, and leadership skills that have been and continue to be crucial to realizing our vision at Qntfy.
I always keep my door open for new opportunities. If you are interested in speaking to me more about my career, please

As an on-and-off player of the massivly multiplayer online game Eve Online I’ve had the time
to explore and play the game in many different ways. Many of my adventures would not have been possible without the
generosity of the Eve Online community and its plethora of third-party apps. In 2013, I decided to create an app of my
own for two reasons:
I wanted to give back to the community by developing an offline character management app for MacOS — an
untapped market.
I needed a tool that would help me automate, scale, and tune my in-game investment strategies.
The impetus was that the game had a monthly subscription that I wanted to have pay for itself. If the app could enable
me to consistently earn enough in-game currency to pay for the subscripion (a feature unique to this game) or if the
app could generate enough real-world or in-game donations or in-app purchases, then I could continue playing for free
and could dedictate more time to improving the app. It also gave me the opportunity to jump feet-first
into product development, research, customer interaction, and app development within the Apple App ecosystem — a
great introduction to the skills I’d need as a budding entrepreneur.
Over the course of a two years, I advanced my knowledge of iOS and MacOS app development by leaps and bounds and had a
ton of fun while doing it. In 2015, I was able to pay for over five years of the game using only in-game currency, a
resounding success. It was around that time I shifted my focus investmenting within the game to the real-world markets
and started getting involved with the motorsports community more heavily. Ultimately I made the tough call
to pause app development and game play to pursue my new interests. If I start playing again, I will no doubt pick back
up where I left off and get the app polished and published!

Community
In 2015, a very good friend of mine convinced me to join him and his merry band of motorsports enthusiasts at my
first track day. These events are held at famous road circuits across the US and enable drivers to experience high
performance driving in a safe, controlled setting within their own car. In-car instruction and coaching for drivers
of all skill levels is available and mandatory for all beginners. After one event I was hooked and joined the
Gran Touring Motorsports (GTM) crew.
A year or two later, I accepted the position of co-region chief of the club’s largest region by membership (over 40
strong!), the DMV (DC, MD, VA, and DE) region, in order to help grow the club and it’s mission to improve driver
education, awareness, accessibility, and diversity of motorsports with a friendly, welcoming social environment. One of
GTM’s greatest strengths is its base of highly talented, experienced, and MSF
level 2+ certified HPDE instructors. We’ve built our own instructor training program and have an instructor candidate
program — of which I’m a graduate — which is open to all our members. To improve myself as a driver and
instructor, I’ve achived certification through SCCA’s instructor training program and
MSF’s level one and two certification programs. Looking for an excellent coach
for your next event? Please get in touch!
Throughout my journey through motorsports, I’ve driven over 50+ track days across 16+ tracks along the East Coast and
Midwest and am working to expand that number each year. Checkout my driving on YouTube and other track videos
on GTM’s channel!
Please visit Gran Touring Motorsports and join us at an event — there is a
good chance I had a hand in organizing it and I’ll see you there!
